Dr. Kendall Price

Head Chiropractor

Growing up in northwestern Illinois, Dr. Kendall Price knew he wanted to be a chiropractor at a young age. As a boy, Dr. Price suffered from cold and sports-induced asthma, which constantly interfered and hindered his ability to play ice hockey.

However, after seeing a chiropractor and receiving consistent chiropractic adjustments, he no longer needed his inhaler. Since that time, Dr. Price has been able to live a drug-free life thanks to the miracles of chiropractic care!

Dr. Price wanted to give that same gift of health and healing he had received through chiropractic care to others. His passion and drive lead him to Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville (SIUE) where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in biology with an emphasis in medical sciences and a minor in chemistry.

Upon graduating from SIUE, Dr. Price moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he attended the largest and most advanced chiropractic school in the world. Dr. Price received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University, graduating magna cum laude, all the while being a loving and supportive husband to his wife Allison. Dr. Price also served and helped grow two of the largest chiropractic offices in the Southeast.

Dr. Price is excited to serve his community and bring the same health and healing he experienced as a child to the greater Aurora area through neurologically-based corrective chiropractic care.

Dr. Johnny Reuter

Chiropractor

Dr. Johnny Reuter is a homegrown Midwesterner, born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He knew he wanted to be a chiropractor since the age of 13. Now, he is living his dream of assisting individuals and families in the community to live their best lives through a chiropractic lifestyle.

At a very young age, Dr. Johnny was diagnosed with allergies to pretty much everything outdoors, as well as ADD/ADHD. He used to receive 6 allergy shots, three times a week and was prescribed Adderall for his Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorders.

After seeing a chiropractor, Dr. Johnny’s life was completely changed. After consistent chiropractic care, his allergies were practically gone, his attention in school improved by leaps and bounds, and he no longer needed any allergy shots or medication.

From then on, he had his heart set on helping other people live their lives to the fullest and discover chiropractic care.

After getting his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in kinesiology and pre-chiropractic, he attended Life University in Georgia, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

He is excited to now call Chicago and Aurora Chiropractic home, where he has the pleasure of working beside Dr. Kendall Price and the team here.

Dr. Johnny could not be more excited to serve the Fox Valley community, including Aurora. Your health is of the utmost importance to him, and your own family, so be sure to schedule an appointment to come in!

Allison Price

Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistant

Allison grew up in Edwardsville, IL and graduated college from SUIE with a bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. SIUE is also where she met Kendall Price, the love of her life in 2010, and they later married in 2012. Allison then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where Kendall attended Life University to pursue his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

In 2015, at the end of their time in Georgia, the Prices welcomed their first child, Thea. Allison was able to have Thea at their home, attended by a midwife, and her loving husband. This was an amazing experience for the Prices and made Allison into natural labor and even home-birth advocate for low-risk pregnancies.

This also increased Allison’s awareness and passion for excellent chiropractic care for women during pregnancy and even postpartum, as the body is healing. However, in 2016, Kendall and Allison welcomed their second child in a much different and unexpected way. Baby boy at 35 weeks turned breech and decided he was ready to make an appearance, earth-side.

So, Allison was forced into having him via an emergency cesarean section. Having both births in diametrically different ways has taught Allison a lot about the human body’s ability to heal, and has given her insight and empathy into relating to almost any mother’s birth story.

It also increased her desire to tell every mom about the benefits of chiropractic care not only for moms but also for their little babies. Today, Kendall and Allison have two kids, who are little lights in their lives: Thea and Daniel.

Allison was diagnosed with scoliosis as a child, and regularly battled terrible sinus and ear infections, which found her frequently visiting the doctor’s office and taking medications, or getting tubes in her ears to help deal with the symptoms.

Allison’s mother also has scoliosis and had been braced as a young child – so she sought out other forms of care for Allison, hoping to avoid bracing and repeated medications for ear and sinus infections.

Allison started seeing a chiropractor at about 5 years of age. Regular adjustments helped prevent the need for scoliosis bracing, and decreased her scoliosis. Regular adjustments also helped to decrease and eliminate chronic sinus and ear infections.

Through neurologically-based chiropractic care, she has been able to improve the function of her immune system and no longer suffers from chronic sinus or ear infections. She has not taken any prescription medication since her early high school years.

Allison is proud and honored to serve alongside her husband, bringing the message of health and healing through chiropractic care to the greater Fox Valley area. One thing she wishes everyone understood about their body is that the body has GREAT potential to heal itself—the best doctor lives inside of you! Remove the interference (subluxations) and the body will heal!

Elizabeth Schultz

Office Manager

Liz has been with Aurora Chiropractic since April of 2017 as a chiropractic assistant. She grew up in Sugar Grove and has been attending Village Bible Church since she was born. She has enjoyed many missions trips all over the world with the youth group and as an adult. Liz graduated from Moody Bible Institute-Spokane in 2014, and has been blessed with many nieces and nephews.

Growing up Liz was very active in sports (volleyball, basketball, soccer, and tennis) and was always getting injured. By the time she was in high school, she was having headaches constantly, with little-to-no relief. When she started care at Aurora Chiropractic, she immediately felt the change in her body, and the headaches were gone within the first week. She attributes a reduction in headaches to her consistent chiropractic adjustments.

Something that has been a huge encouragement to Liz, is when patients come to the front desk and tell the team just how much chiropractic care has changed their lives in significant ways. Among her top favorite stories are testimonials from women who start care because they had been struggling with fertility complications, and after starting care found out they became pregnant.

This has truly been the most exciting part of this job for Liz, and knowing she has a small role in helping others get healthy and function better daily is truly rewarding.

Gayle Perez

Outreach Coordinator

Gayle started with Aurora Chiropractic as a patient in April of 2017. She loved her experience and results with Dr. Price that she asked for a position, and began working with us in January of 2017 as a chiropractic assistant and marketing director.

She grew in the midwest, and was raised with a strong Christian background. She is a member of First Congregational Church UCC of Glen Ellyn, where she sang in the choir and was involved with the youth programs. Gayle is the proud mom of twin daughters. Although they are grown and out of the house, she is very close with them and loves seeing them as often as possible.

Since a neck and shoulder injury from 20 years ago, Gayle has been under chiropractic care.

“Dr. Kendall’s care is different than any other chiropractor I’ve seen,” she said. “The neck pain I felt on a regular basis is now all but gone.”

She felt compelled to work for Aurora Chiropractic to help others with these kind of results, too. In addition to assisting in the office, Gayle is the director of marketing for Aurora Chiropractic.

She holds a graphic design degree and has been involved in network marketing for over 8 years. She is passionate about helping others, and feels the knowledge she has gained as a chiropractic assistant helps her understand, reach, and educate others both in the office and while meeting people in the field.

One of the things that keeps Gayle going is when a skeptic, who has lost hope, decides to give chiropractic care a chance, and feels better.

“I love that we give hope to others.”

Kayla

Chiropractic Assistant

Kayla started working at Aurora Chiropractic in January of 2021 as a Chiropractic Assistant. She graduated from Oswego High School in 2020.

Kayla played softball for 10 years up until her freshman year of high school when she suffered a knee injury and was told she could no longer play softball, without being in constant pain, by her athletic trainer and other doctors. She was introduced to athletic training her sophomore year of high school and knew it would be a perfect fit for her as she loved sports along with helping people. Kayla continued to do athletic training until the end of her senior year and loved every second of it.

She started getting Chiropractic care in January of 2021 and has since had no pain from her knee. Knowing what she knows now from getting adjusted, she wants to make sure patients are aware of the different options they have for their health, including the power the body has to heal itself through Chiropractic care.

Ana

Chiropractic Assistant

Ana has been at Aurora Chiropractic since February of 2020 as a chiropractic assistant.
She came to the United States when she was only 7, having to learn a new language was challenging but she knew she had to take all the opportunities that her parents did not have growing up!

Being the only English speaker in her household had its ups and downs but she enjoyed every single bit of it to make sure her parents were never seen any different. She grew up translating for them at the doctor’s office and got to see firsthand the judgment that can happen with the language barrier.

As a result of that, she really has a passion for making sure the Spanish-speaking population in the office is well taken care of, heard, and feels comfortable.

Growing up Ana enjoyed playing soccer with her dad and older brothers until she injured her knee and could not play without having constant pain which caused her to stop playing and found herself not spending as much time with her family as she would like.

She was also having bad low back pain that got in the way of her doing the things she enjoyed such as drawing and painting, she had no idea what chiropractic was or how it worked until she started working here.

Dr. Kendall made her comfortable throughout the whole new patient process which made her more excited to see that there are people who genuinely care about others, that is when she knew she was in the right place.
