A Motion X-Ray Improves Our Accuracy
In most cases imaging is required beyond computerized spinal testing. We utilize our on-site digital x-rays to help determine the extent of your injuries and ultimately a timeline for care. Simply put, to see is to know, and to not see is to guess. We don’t guess with your health.
How the Motion X-Ray Helps Us Improve Your Health
Identify – It cannot be stated enough, proper diagnosis is the key to the best results possible. While most chiropractic offices may take x-rays, we take x-rays in a much different way. Utilizing a Pennington Method Study, we identify the area or areas of spinal misalignment. We then provide the right adjustment every time to eliminate your aches, pain, and dysfunction, getting you on with your life.
Measure – Once the problems are identified, specific measurements of each problem area are made. Within the scientific world, each bone in the spine has specific normal ranges. When misalignments are present in the spine, those measurements which can lead to advanced wear and tear in the joint leading to bigger more costly issues, if left ignored.
Time – Once all these studies are performed, we typically take about 24-hours to read and analyze the films. This may be contrary to what other chiropractic offices do, but as previously stated proper diagnosis is necessary to perform optimal care. The doctor takes time to study your films and create a plan of action to get you the best results possible. We want you to feel better as soon as possible. Taking the extra step to make sure we don’t miss anything is what gets you the results you’re looking for.
Results You Can See
After these studies are performed, a time will be established for you to go through your results with the doctor one-on-one. Typically this report of findings appointment takes about 30-40 minutes. The doctor will explain why you are having the issues, what you can expect from care, and pinpoint exactly where your problem areas are.
